30-Day Return Policy

At OpticPro, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Not be listed as a non-returnable item (see below).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
  • Personal care and hygiene products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards (non-refundable).

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, customers have the legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be returned unused, with all original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process refunds.
